This program, funded by US embassy in Mali (Public Affair Section) , aims at giving opportunity to disadvantage students to benefit an English training for possible participation to YES program in Mali. For the time being, 3 students have been trained in the regional academies except Kidal and 15 in each academy of Bamako.
