Global Teenager Project is a project of International Institute for Communication and Development (I ICD). SchoolNet Africa in partnership with I I CD manages the program in Africa.

SchoolNetMali- Mokoya Juru has signed in March 2003 an agreement with SchoolNet Africa for the management of GTP-Mali; that is the way we did activities for the participation of Learning Circle 2006 and prepare teachers for a better participation of Mali in the forthcoming Learning Circle.
